Default Using an Express van harness

Hello everyone. I'm looking at picking up a complete lq4 drop out this week for my 89 K1500. The drop out is in a 2003 3500 Express van. It's DBC, which is perfect for my application. I was curious about a few other components on the drop out though. Has anyone ever used a van harness on their swap? Does it lay out the same as a gen 3 truck harness? I'm hoping it doesn't look like a jumbled mess when I'm done. Also, does anyone know if the van manifolds, and power steering lines are the same as a gen 3 truck? Any help is appreciated.

I forgot to add that I'll be using my current manual trans, so the trans wiring will all be deleted.

Haven't seen an '03 but I used a '08 Express harness on a swap into a Cutlass, works but end up with plenty of extra length.

Thanks for the info. Did you route your wiring to the driver side like the factory did? I was wondering if it would be possible to route everything towards the back of the engine with out cutting up every wire.
