Default Truck is a dog

Finally got the 6.0\th350 swap done on my C10 but this thing is gutless. It has a stock tune with modifications made for the trans and dakota digital adapter. Would the knock sensors not being hooked up be a problem? I have the O2's in place as well as the maf and the map sensor. I am wondering if the maf being programmed for a 100mm but having a stock 80mm in place, makes a difference. Kind of hard to get motivation to slap my turbos on, when I can't even get the basics down.

would the knock sensors not being hooked up make a difference? has to be a joke question...

if the computer could not know when the engine was out of tune, how could it fix the problem?

You just nailed your own problem.

Other contributing factors are what converter, gear ratio, are you running donky kong stupid tall wheels, ect ect.

I'd grab a junkyard pcm for a few bucks and have the 80mm tune thrown in it. Never hurts to have a spare.

Lol, that's exactly what I did this morning. Had an extra one on the shelf, so I sent it off to Frost. You can see the truck in my sig. Wheel's aren't crazy 20" but the gears are lazy 2.73's. Coupled to a stock TH350c.
