dont know where to put this, LS1 swap into an audi i have a 2000 audi a4, everything between stock to modded is out the *** to fix, so since i have a blown motor, i want to swap an ls1 in it, havent seen anything online about it being done, can it be done? it'll be sick to do it, i know a 5.0 mustang motor will go in (90s style) but who wants a ford motor anyways.
It can be done, but from what I noticed it is a lot of work. The one guy on audizine that did all the work to swapping an LS motor into a B5 S4, same chassis as yours, but the very last page he dropped the project all together. There is a way to bolt up to a B5 S4 6 speed to a LS motor with conversion plates, no one makes them tho. Everything in the A4 is rather crap, doesn't hold power without breaking, S4 transmission is way better, good to 600hp ish. Fun fact the 2.7t in audis was originally a diesel and then converted to gas, I don't know why. 2.7t is a cast iron block with forged internals from the factory. Anyways

well thats kinda disappointing and they do have anti-lag, i have a buddy that has an 800hp bmw that he uses anti-lag
if anything, i might go with an ltt/350 small block carb so i can throw a cam in there, my dad had an 383 stroker with big mother thumper in it, it was bad ***, shame the car caught fire :/ and i was a dumbass and traded my camaro and now i miss it, i tried to find it but i found out last night it got totaled
