ok i just put a 6.0 in my 68 camaro used a 2000 camaro wiring harness and my friend changed my 2000 truck computer to a 2002 camaro when i start it i have to keep my foot on the throtle for about a minute before it will idle by it self and for about 3 minutes the check engine light stays on then goes off and no code i hooked up 6 pink wires and 2 orange also 4 grounds so i need to know why it want high idle at cold start

What year 6.0?
Reflashed the ECM or swapped the unit for a Camaro part?
CEL shouldn't come on without a code. If it does, something is wrong with your wiring or ECM. Check pending and memory codes.
Does it do this every start? Its normal to have trouble with idle on the first fire after hooking up power. The ECM needs time to do an idle learn. If it doesn't go away, then you have a problem.
I'd start by checking for vacuum leaks and post-MAF intake leaks.

My memory is foggy but I think that the TPS may be wired differently between the trucks and the LS1. Not sure if it will make a difference but it's worth a look.
