I finished my swap (LS2/4L65e) but my speedo pegs (140 mph) at about 20 mph. Here is a pic of the HP Tuner page - had the car tuned at a dyno shop. I know my Formula speedo needs 4000 pulses per mile to work properly.

Tire size and gears are correctly entered on the other tab. On this tab showing, are these values calculated, or were they manually entered?

Finally, Success!

Dakota Digital told me that the GM signal is 'dirty' so he sent me this filter diagram to clean up the signal. Supposedly GM has filters inside the stock gauges. Anyway, installed the filter and speedo works.
On the Dakota Box I had :
Switch #1 ON
Switch #2 ON
and using 4000 ppm signal output
