ls/lq4 computer to LT1 style 4l60E HELP!

ls/lq4 computer to LT1 style 4l60E HELP! I've been doing my research on an lq4 swap into my 94 4l60E lt1 car. 
I have just a few questions that i couldn't find anywhere here.
How would i go about making the LS computer work with the 94 4l60? Something with one of the shift solenoids not working with the LS computer. Can't seem to find too much info on this.
Also, would the trans move at all switching to ls, I'm not too clear on if the trans needs to be mounted further back mated to an ls motor. Seen people filing their cross members so I'm confused.
Any help would be much appreciated!

The harness inside the transmission and two of the solenoids need to be changed. Pretty simple task. Ill PM you the part numbers a little later today.
