6.0L Transmission Help?!?!

I am new to the forum and looking for some help/advise lol... So I am restoring a 1962 Chevy Nova II and I want to do a lq4 6.0L although I am going to do the Carb conversion... Probably not going to win any fans or friends with that choice but anyways... I am not sure what transmission options there are that bolt up to the 6.0L but I am looking to eliminate as many computers as possible.. hence the carb conversion... anyways if anyone can give me some advise it would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Built 700R4 or Built TH400 ! No need to hook any computers up to them ! What are you plans as far hp and duty of the car ? Don't worry about fans and friends with your choice, its your car ! Do what you want with it !
