Truck intake model or measurements

I have a side mount whipple that was intended for a truck 5.3l, that I would like to use with an Edelbrock intake.

Does anyone have a model of the intake? I'd like to have an elbow built that matches up to the side mount whipple.

If not a model, does anyone have accurate measurements of where the throttle body orifice is on a truck manifold?

I have an extra trk intake sitting on a shelf.
And one on my 71 chevelle in the garage. What kind of measurement do you need?

Oh, exactly where the intake is, from both cylinder heads.
