ls-1 supply / return

On the truck manifold 4.8 where the fuel lines supply and return are mounted they have a locking mechanism that couples the fuel lines to the fuel rail supply and return. It's factory I'm sure, when replacing the lines is there an aftermarket supply for the mechanism or do you have to get the hoses special made? or is it necc. can something else be done here?

Dunno about adapters, but you can get aftermarket ls1 fuel rails for about 150$+ from what I have seen.

Let me go look at the 4.8 intake in the garage, and see if I can figure this out.

If I understand correctly Russell #s 644113 and/or 644123 should do that.

You can pick up nyLon fuel injection style connector and line at parts store

that's what it looks like?? excuse my ignorance. It has what looks to be nylon hose with crimped on metal ends that has some type of safety hook over them
