I Never run stock fuel lines in anything I build. Always prepare for future upgrades..... And I would rather run an external pump for almost the same price as a drop-in but it can handle twice the power. Your only talking ~$200 in lines and fittings. Sumped mustang tanks are everywhere or $60 for a sump and get a local guy to weld a stock tank for another $75-100... To me fuel system is where you ALWAYS don't skimp out on.

Also for the bling factor under the hood, those lines do look good.... LOL

Here's a quick update. Hit the Dyno last night for some baseline numbers from what we got out of the Holley HP with its self tune.

424hp / 375tq at the wheels

My buddy Kevin at Wicked Motorsports made some of his own changes since and we ended up with

442hp / 390tq

We ran out of time last nite so he is gonna mess with the tune and see if we can squeek some more out of it today. I'll get a sheet up with the final numbers hopefully tonite.

Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and I had no problems letting him tune my car.

Kevin would be upset he calibrates cars not tunes lol. He is a ford guy by heart but can calibrate anything, Fab anything, dyno rental, etc etc. he will be doing the turbo kit and intercooler setup along with tuning on my turbo LS buick GN over this winter. Anyone that needs some killer knowledge on a build and are around the central NJ area hit him up!!!

Who's sump kit did you use? I am looking to do similar setup in mine. Also did you have to mess with the baffles in the tank?

Sorry didn't see the replies guys.

I got the tank from a friend that's just a comp engineering sump welded to a stock tank

I had an issue right before Thanksgiving and didn't get water in the car fast enough. Cracked the front of one of the heads and bubbled out the other. I have one back from teh machine shop and the other hopefully soon so I can get it back together and get a number on the combo....

Nice build, the LSx Mustang is a great combo. What size rear tire is that?
