Default Cast or Alum.

Wanting to build a stroker and wondering which be better cast iron or alum.? I know alum. is lighter but are the cyls. in one better suited for a stroker than the other. Please chime in with your opions.Iam talking about the block.

Well simply from a structural and durability standpoint iron is going to be better even if an aluminum block will still do the job
