Just gathering some info... Used to have a 99 Z28, and just wondering on some stuff.
I was thinking about buying abother 98/99 z28 this summer, but a firend of my brought to my knowledge that buying a 98+ v6 camaro might just be better.
I don't know a whole bunch about conversions etc.. but what all would need to be done, and about how much?
2000+ Ls1.

Tranny, or does the auto v6 come with a 4l60e? (Just to hold me off until I could get a built th400)

Oh yea, I assume this wouldn't be as harsh on the insurance, or would you have to file that it would be a camaro 350?
