2011 pin outs

I need your help guys ,Iam stumped on a 6.2 swap that iam doing .
I have an 07 escalade motor, harness and pcm ,tranny is out of an 2011 Silverado.
this is where it gets tricky .the caddy pcm will start the motor but not the run trans .i then purchased a 2011 pcm cure this but it will not start just turn over .iam thinking the pin outs might be different . does anyone have acces to the pcm pinouts for a 2011 Silverado 5.3

thanks biged ,lt1 swap is what I used to mod the harness ,but he metions that 2010 on should be similar .iam thinking that's where my problem is .

hopefully nothing has been damaged by the different wiring, inside the pcm or trans, either one.
