65 Impala SS L92/4L80E Conversion...Update...It Runs!

Dyno Day! For no other reason than curiosity, I wanted to see where this old girl would perform, in basically all stock L92 form.
Guesses on HP/TQ? (Stock cam, truck intake, Cold Air Intake, LS3 Exhaust manifilds, 4l80E, 2 1/2" exhaust, 12 bolt rear end)

What do I win??!!
I admit I cheated. I just found a stock tuned Denali dyno chart. You should cam it though, it will be a whole different car without much downside other than cost.

I'm toying with the idea of throwing a few more performance parts at it, but then trying to reign myself back because it's dead reliable as it is.
Thinking Long tubes, a converter, and then a cam, in that order... If I decide to take the plunge.

I took a chance and found a set of cheap long tube headers on Ebay. 1 7/8 Primaries and 3" collector, in stainless steel. They fit perfectly, and dont hang down too low! The car is getting tuned now!
I shortened each one of my plug wires so they were the perfect length and running close to the block. For extra insurance, I put the heat wrap socks on them as well, even though there is good header clearance. I think it looks nice and clean too.

Yep, I did have 18/20 but I changed the rears out for some 18x9's. I wanted to get a little more meat on the tires, so I'm now running 45 series all the way around.
Chalk that up to me getting something just how I want it, then switching it up.
I also changed out the air ride for double adjustable coil-overs. I can never leave well enough alone. ;-)

Niche,
I'd really look into switching the intake valves OR upgrading the valvesprings before you drop a valve. Better SAFE than sorry.
Bad *** car. I love these cars in white.

Your car, sir, is one of the reasons I decided to buy my '65 Impala! What an absolutely stunning car. I am so glad you are joining the LS club along with the rest of us, and I am happy to offer all the help I can with your build...so please don't be shy about asking!
