I can't find any combination of those part numbers in Google. Its likely an aftermarket cam. A machine shop may be able to measure lift and duration for you, or you could attempt to do so yourself with a degree wheel and a dial indicator.

Thanks,
I've spent a couple of hours trying to search everything I could think of was hoping that someone would recognize a marking or # of some sort. I'll Email some of the cam manufacturers and see if I have any luck.
