Which trans mount? I have a 99 4L60E that I am going to put into a 2nd gen Camaro with a Holley auto trans mount but I need the rubber mount. Do I need one for a 99 trans or one for a 02 camaro or a 04 Chevy truck?
Depends on what your crossmember is like. If it has two holes for the mount, I would use one for a 350 turbo, what the car had originally. The newer ones that have one stud sticking out the bottom will work if the crossmember only has one hole in the center.

The outer two holes allows you to use one of the common aftermarket poly mounts sold to replace the common GM trans mount used from the late 50's through the 70's (I think the Prothane part no. is 1706 or 1607).
If you use the aftermarket poly mount, then you need to use the spacer included with the crossmember if you want to maintain the inclination angle of the engine and trans as designed by Hooker since that mount is shorter than either of the stock rubber 4L60E mounts mentioned.
You mentioned that you are using the Hooker crossmember but did not mention what engine mounts you are using...if you are using it with non-Hooker brand engine mounts then you will be creating issues for yourself to deal with down the road as the Hooker mounts and crossmembers use proprietary chassis-centered geometry not used by any other mounts/swap plates or crossmembers available for use with stock subframes.
