C4 LSX swap
My plan is to use the stock 4l60e from my 96 with the LS1 and already have the Hugh's spacer I need for the dished flexplate. I would also like to keep the stock gauges, airbags, and electric A/C controls (I don't really care about A/C, but hate to cold!). The part that has me beating my head against the wall is the CCM. After pouring thru threads here and over at the corvette forum, I haven't found anyone that has made this all work without keeping the stock LT1 PCM hooked up to give the CCM the inputs it needs to keep it all working. Is there a way to eliminate the CCM and the stock PCM? And still make this all work?
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
