Who can tune an E40/T42?

Who can tune an E40/T42? I am looking for someone to do some modifications to an E40 PCM and T42 TCM. The car is a 69 GTO with a basically stock LQ4, Magnacharger, 42lb injectors, and 4L60E trans. I need to have the VATS removed, rear O2's deleted and the fans to come on at 100 and 205 respectively. I also need a base 4L60E file in the TCM. Can anyone suggest a tuner, preferably in the Kentucky region that can do this out of the car?

Thanks, I was finally able to make contact with a guy locally that has been highly recommended. Bluecat Tuning. I am going to send the mess to him. I will post up when all is said and done about the result.
