Default Wiring for Single Fan???

alright I am close on driving this car but the fan has me stuck... I am using hptuners to tune this and monitor the fan and when it kicks on. I have it wired up with the trigger wire for "fan 2" from the ECM to the relay for "fan 2" in my fuse box I bought from current performance.....when the set temp hits the fan just kinda sits there and twitches or just spins really slow instead of fast like it should... Is this something with how the wiring/output is for the LS1 do you think? or do I have another problem?

It's the pcm fan file settings. Comparison your file to a Camaro file and make them match.

Use the other fan output connection. Pin 42 or 33. I forget which color connector.
