Default Which bearings to go with?

I'm in the process of building an L33 for my RX7. I've got an 06-07 L33 with ~60k miles. Before I start building the engine I wanna go ahead and replace the rod, main, and cam bearings. I'm just not sure which bearings to go with. The car will see alittle track time but mostly daily driving. I just wanna build the car to keep it reliable and fun. I see so many different versions of bearings such as oversized, coated, treated, etc. Which one should I go with? Which is the best bargain or best bang for the buck? Also, is the install something I should leave to a machine shop or is putting in the new bearings pretty easy? I also plan on replacing the rod bolts while I'm at it. I've read mixed reviews and have seen some people needing their rod ends machined to accept the new bearings and others didn't. Which is the best rod bolt to go with that doesn't require machine work? I know I've got more questions but for now I'd like to start gathering the parts I need.

If you like to gamble do it all yourself. If you like to play it safe take everything in to a shop, it's not that expensive to have it double checked. I just did everything you are asking about and decided not to gamble. I used arp rod bolts and king bearings. Everything is within spec. The big ends on the rods are fine in my case. Just be aware- it doesn't always happen this way!

With that low of miles why even bother touching the bottom end?

I just wanna be cautious. I was told the engine had ~60k and that it also had a decently aggressive cam from TX Speed. Last nite I took the cam out to find out exactly which cam it is and when I got it out I found it's just an OEM cam. I talked to the guy that sold me the engine and he told me that the guy he bought it from told him it had a nice cam from TX Speed but he never verified. I'm not sure who's telling the truth and now it's got me wondering if the engine really has ~60k on it. It is really clean so I'm hoping the guy I bought it from was telling the truth. I'll get some pics of the cam bearings while they're visible for you guys to judge.
