I searched for this info but came up with nothing.
I know i'm not the only one that has ended up with a hydroboost powersteering pump with thier swap so my question is what do you do with the 2 low pressure lines into the reservoir?

My question is can I simply plug the extra low pressure line into the reservoir? (extra being the upper nipple)
Or do I need to run a tee so both nipples are beeing fed?
Or do I need to pick up a 5.3L power steering pump that only has the one low pressure nipple?

 

You can just plug the upper return port.

Make sure you use the Lower port for the return.. if not, using the upper one for the return has been known to cause problems.

thanks for the quick reply, It's what I was going to do but didn't want to have to replace the pump down the road...
