I know they make kits with motor mount, headers, etc... now what I really need to know right now is i plan on keeping my tci 400 tranny, so with the lsx wiring harness... does it matter if i get a m6 or a4 harness and ecu???

I know it will throw some codes if you have the a4 set up without having it reflashed to m6 and if it isn't plugged into a trans. I'm not sure if it will have other effects to be honest though.
