Motor whistles

I thought it was because maybe the air filter was under sized, I removed it. then i slightly increased the motor speed, and still got a whistle sound. it's possibly a fitting or gasket leak.

Sounds like an air leak. Than again are any young women walking by when this happens?

Mine whistled until I realized that the fresh air supply for the PCV valve that is on the passenger side valve cover needs to have a tube routed to some filtered air after the MAF. On the truck engines there is a small molded hose the runs right from the VC to the intake on a spot that isn't under vacuum right behind the TB.
