944 5.3 Swap
944 5.3 Swap I've been toying with this idea for a few years and was looking for some info.
My sister has an older 83 944 and is looking to get rid of it. I was thinking about throwing a truck 5.3 into it.
I had a few questions, I'm looking to do a cheap swap, doesn't have to be fancy, etc. just a nice dd. looking at the typical sites they sell conversion kits for 15-2000. Is there Anyway to do the mounts etc cheaper?
What aRe you guys using for steering racks and cooling systems, stock?
Will the stock 944 auto hold up to the power?
