5.3 6l80e swap need help I have 2010 5.3 dod deleted ,and a 2010 6l80e trans , which e38 ecm do I need ,or how can I get this combo to work ,I do have hp tuner pro but new to tunning got truck to run and drive ,trans has got a tune in it im not sure of ,the trans has 3600 stall and it is my dailey driver ,should i have gm load stock tune or work from this one

Get the one from the vehicle that the 2010 6L80 came out of. Much easier to adapt the motor than the transmission to a new E38. Sounds like a 2010 truck. I would start with a 2010 truck that has a 5.3L motor and the 6L80 transmission and use the E38 from it.
