LS wiring conversion in Houston Any recommendations of people around the Houston area that do LS swap wiring and computer flash. I'm removing a 5.3 motor and transmission and complete wiring from a 2001 Tahoe and planning to install in a 1968 chevy truck.

You should use lt1swap.com and do the harness yourself, the guy that runs it flashes PCM's for $75. To make your own harness you only eliminate the stuff you don't need, and add 12v constant/ignition, and ground and a few relays. Plus you can route it how you want to and make it look cleaner. I made my own, got my PCM flashed and then I could drive it to a tuner because I'm cheap.
I'm going to try and do my own harness also.
Can't hurt to try to yourself as many peeps have done it.
Take about a day or two if you do it yourself but you will save $$$
