New build for a 68 Camaro I am a newbie to a lot of things we are planning to build. Our goal is something we can drive on the street and have a blast while also taking it to a track and letting it eat. There isn't a set HP goal, my goal is to keep costs under control while spending money where it should be spent. Up grades can be done in the following years.
I am open to any advice, here is what i have and am planning so far.
I have a LQ4 tear out from a 2003 2500 truck. What i am thinking at this time.
Stock Crank
Forged rods and pistons
ARP bolts
Reuse the 317 heads from the truck. Should i do anything to the heads? different springs?
Holley High Ram intake manifold.
Holley management system.
Here is what i need some info on. What size turbos to do twins with? What size Throttle body? Which EFI kit from Holley and what size injectors.
I would like to stay on pump gas but there is a station with e85 down the street.
