Default Is my flexplate dished or flat?

2005 van lq4 flexplate. Every second google result shows the flexplate with the recessed converter tabs called both dished and flat.
Can anyone please confirm which I have.

Will this flexplate and th400 converter work perfectly?

Ok I determined for sure that I have the FLAT flexplate. When they say you just need the "flat flexplate and spacer," do they mean the spacer that's already between the crank and flexplate from factory on my motor?
So I'm good to go for a th350/400 just need to elongate flexplate holes and no other spacer(aside from the one between crank and flexplate that is left in place) is needed?

Elongate the convert holes and bolt it up. I found it easier to do this with the flex plate off the engine and in a vise. Drilled holes after marking them and then use a round file to complete. If you mess it up, summit has the flexplate, spacer, and bolts under part number ATP Z270 for 50 bucks. Do not try and drill and tap the missing bellhousing bolt hole as it goes into water jacket. 5 bellhousing bolts will hold just fine.

You are good to go after the mod. You may want to clean some of the rust out of the center of the spacer though. and trial fit your converter before bolting it all back together. I've seen posts where people have has issues with converter sliding in spacer. Easier to do now then when under the car if installing separately.
