LSA fuel system e rod kit

LSA fuel system e rod kit Hi All
I'm currently installing an LSA in my 1976 Holden HX. Just working through my fuel system and I'm just wondering. I have a aeromotive 13101 fuel reg and external bosch 044 fuel pump supplying fuel, What psi do I have to set the reg at and do I connect the vacuum line up to make it 1.1 on boost? I'm Just running the standard tune that comes with the e rod kit from gm performance.
