Cool Metal work

Been having some metal work done for the 6.0 in my 71 Chevy truck.

Local fab shop is making my engine cover and they made me a new shroud for the electric fans and also a radiator cover.
Shroud is done, engine cover is being welded up and the radiator cover being made.

Not to be critical, but the engine cover looks over bent. Optical illusion maybe?

I agree. I hope they plan on a lot more work. Looks like it will be primitive IMHO. I have a OEM truck cover you can have for shipping costs.

Looks like a nice truck. Build thread?

Default Over bent

Over bent, don't think so. The front will stiffen it up if you are talking about the right side of the front edge. Yes it does flex some but that was because the front hadn't been welded on yet.

As for the stock cover thanks but no thanks. I have one, that's why I'm having this made.
