ls6 heads and cam i need help

ls6 heads and cam i need help hello ,
am planing to ls swap my b body 96 impala ss , i got ls1 engine with trany
from junk yard and will be rebuilding both,
problem is am not that expert in ls engines , but i bought a book
so this project will be daily driver , and since i have no expert in cams
i need any help i can get , and i will really appreciate any inputs and help
i want a stock idle cam and dead silent jest like stock but with more power
so ls6 stock cam with heads and manifold is a good choice ؟؟
also should i use a stock ported and shimmed oil pump ? or a stock one will do jest fine ?
and i'm confused which size of headers should i go with this set ?
