What to hook to vacuum
What do I need to hook up to the engine regarding vacuum?
I have a brake booster hooked up and that's it....what other vacuums need to be installed from old car?
Canister filter?
EGR?
Anything else?
Are you using the 84 Vette OEM Charcoal Canister ?..But what are you using from the LS6 Donor vs the 84 Vette ?
The Gen III / LS6 doesn't have a EGR setup, only the AIR.
Right now I have a large vacuum out of the back of the intake going to the brake booster.
I have a smaller line coming out the back going through the firewall to what I assume is the Hvac connection.
Out of the front of the intake is a line that goes to a solenoid that I think is the Evap valve. This is currently connected to a flexible tube with a Schroeder valve.
This is connected to ......nothing.
I am assuming this needs to go to my old vacuum line that went to the charcoal canister, old evap purge valve, the vacuum accumulator "ball" and other fuel related lines that eventually go back to the gas tank?

The one on the front left is the Purge valve (HVAP and pictured above). You can delete it and tune it out if you want, or use it. But you will need Fuel tank input (level and pressure) to the ECM if you use it to function correctly. If you delete the HVAP, you can us the port as a Vacuum source.
The LS6 PCV system doesn't require vacuum. It does has a Fresh air tube that run from the front of the right side valve cover to the TB. There is the tubes that run from the back of the driver side, Y's into a tube for the rear Right side and then runs to the Intake just behind the TB.
There is no other vacuum lines for the MAF or TB. The MAP is connected directly into the Manifold where the smaller vacuum lines connect.
Anything else ?
