I have a Miller 140, I've been very happy with how it's performed.

When i first saw the turbo setup it looked to me to be kind of pointless because the turbos were so high but then i saw that theres like no room in the engine bay. THEN i saw it in the engine bay,, looks awesome... too bad you couldnt have the turbos poke out from the hood that would look insane... also, i wish i had a 1/4 of the welding skills that you have

I thought about poking them out, but I really want to keep it looking rather stock (aside from the side pipes, couldn't resist). So I put a lot of work into locating everything under the hood. As far as me being meticulous and my welding skills, maybe it's just the way the pics came out, but I don't know if I'm worthy of all the praise. If there's any real quality to the welds, it's 90% the machine. I took a class or two in Highschool, but I'm no pro. I'm just taking my time, and I want to do it right so I don't have to redo it, and so I can enjoy it. Should be a blast when it's up and running.

Update: Got my turbos and piping back from powder coat/ceramic coating. Very happy with the outcome. Stuck everything back on the chassis to get it ready for a local car show yesterday. Trailered the chassis down just to see what people thought about it. I couldn't believe the interest it got from people (and even scored a trophy!). Definitely a motivation boost to get the body finished up and put everything together and get 'er on the street.

Now it's time to finish patching the body, prep for body work, etc. Once the body's back on the chassis I'll be able to install the rest of the parts I've picked up like steering shafts, computer, etc and take care of wiring.

Just a quick picture update. Prepped the bottom of the car and firewall for paint. Primed both and then under coated the bottom with monstaliner. Seems like good stuff. I did all this so that I can do the rest of the body work on the frame. Also to make room for my other project that I decided to pick up. Photos follow:

It's been a few weeks.
I've still been plugging away on the car and getting to the point where I'm ready to run my wiring. A question I have at this point for anyone else who has information on the subject:
I went ahead and picked up the Holley harnesses through Tick Performance. I will be doing some rewiring and alterations but I'm curious on pointers for helping to hide the harness. I can't decide if I should punch one large hole in the firewall and run it all through in one spot, or punch multiple smaller holes for individual/nearby sensors. Any tips in this department? I'm always open to suggestions and advice.
Here's how I've mounted my Dominator as well as a Painless Fuse Block which came with the car:

Also, a picture to show kinda how the engine sits relative to the firewall. Kinda tight in the back, but I don't have a very good picture to show that:

Lastly, here's some random update pics:
Dual Batteries, I'm running all my wiring in braided loom, still need to finish that one positive cable:

The Transmission Tunnel I built as well as some of the sound deadener I've stuck in. I've bolted in the transmission tunnel rather than weld it in, so it'll be a bit easier removing the transmission:

My ground and pass-thru 12V+ into the engine bay. I didn't want to have issues with voltage so I ran 2/0 gauge all the way through:

A super simple flat shroud for my 16" SPAL fan. Hopefully it'll keep things cool, it gives me about 1-1/2" of room between the radiator and stock truck water pump pulley snout:

The only suggestion I have is the fan. If that is one of the SPAL low profile 16 inch fans, it probably won't pull nearly enough. Especially through the radiator and intercooler. I had one similar to that, can't remember which one, and it wouldn't even cool my 250 hp Dodge motor. I ended up with a black magic extreme. But now I use a Ford Taurus 2 speed fan.

Thanks Casias, it is the low profile 16", I was a pretty skeptical of the CFM rating. Hoping maybe I could add a push on the intercooler or something. If I could find a water pump pulley without the threaded snout I'd have another 1" or so of room and enough to go with a different fan. Is that Taurus fan fairly shallow? Any other fan recommendations?

I've heard that the Cadillac SRX fan is quite powerful. Might be worth looking into.

By the way, this whole thing just oozes excellence. Twin turbo, side pipes, Holley high ram, and all of that wonderful lime green. I love all of it.

I LOVE the progress! Awesome.

I have a 16" SPAL fan (perhaps mine isn't the low-profile one) and it keeps my engine cool, including with the AC running. I've got a 2009 - 6.2L L92 in a '51 Ford pickup. Highest coolant temp I've seen is 210F on the gauge at about 94F ambient with nearly 100% humidity. Where it normally runs at 195F. This was in traffic after driving for 1/2 an hour or so.

Awesome truck! That looks a bit deeper than my fan. Depending on where I check mine's referred to as a low profile or medium profile. If I remember correctly, it's Part # is 30101516, vs a lower CFM rated 30100400. But those are off the top of my head from a couple months ago.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Here's a pic of the clearance to the pulley. Measures right at 1". Not sure I can squeeze a fan that's significantly bigger in there. I think I'll give it a shot for now, and plan on swapping out in the future if need be, maybe slap on a pusher.

Not sure if this'll load right, but let's give it a shot.

Finally got her running! Idled a bit rough using an adjusted version of the Turbo LS Holley EFI global folder.
Got a couple bugs to work out. Sounds like an exhaust leak on the driver's side, I'm not getting the coolant to circulate yet, must be some pretty big air bubbles in the system, and lastly I've got a power steering leak I gotta clear up.
Next up I'm gonna slap on the rest of the body panels and try putting a couple street miles on it before the snow flies to work out any other bugs and clean up the tune some more.

Thanks Jimbo, the routing looks really clean once the inner fenders are on.
That last post was an attempt at posting a video of it running. Guess I need to read up on how to post videos...
