Default dbw throttle blade help not zeroing out

I need some input on a high idle problem I am having with a DBW throttle body having high idle when started.

The throttle blade does not want to close to full resting position and is causing the truck to idle high (3000rpm) on start up sometimes less.

The truck has full pedal response but doesn't want to return to idle.

E38 pcm 2007 6.0 auto is the donor engine.

I have searched for hours.

No dtc codes. Don't have the % right now.

To an extent that is correct. The idle % is too high though. You'll want to change what PID you are logging if you want the exact throttle %.

APP (gas pedal) = GM.APP (this will show 100% as WOT)

TB (what the TB is at) = GM.ETCTP (this will only show ~86% as WOT)

I prefer to use GM.ETCTP when tuning, as it shows if the computer closes the TB. While APP will remain the same.
