Fuel tank is vented
i have -6 feed and return
no codes
ill try and switch 02 banks

Shouldnt i be able to get the truck to run halfway decent with maf unplugged? When i unplug it runs even worse... which would rule out o2 sensors right?

Also i had a p0152 and p0155 codes come up at different times neither of them returned after being cleared. Could i just need new plugs and 02s after fighting the bad map sensor in the beginning...

You are not giving enough information to be able to help any further. You need to find a scanner or something so you can look at live data while it's running. The cheapest I have found is to buy a OBD2 bluetooth adapter and the torque app for android.

I have bluepoint microscan i can watch it what figures should i be looking at?

Compression good all the way around? Lifters? I am thinking mechanical not electrical.

Key on, engine off check:
IAT- should be ambient
ECT- needs to read engine temperature
Throttle position sensor- should move steady with the throttle pedel.
MAP- should be maxed out at close to 100 kpa.

Start engine-
Check 02 sensor voltages- after it goes into closed loop (takesa few minutes of run time and probably 143° coolant temperature) the O2 sensor voltages should alternate between rich and lean. Look at both bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1.

Check MAF frequency- should be somewhat stable without any major spikes

Check short term (STFT) and long term (LTFT) fuel trims. Should be within +/-5.

See if anything looks odd there.

All of the key on checks were one after that it got weird

- o2 v bank 1- .2 bank 2-.4
Bank 1 Ft short- -31 long -15
bank 2 ft short- +51long +25

Maf wasnt spiking

Swapped 02 plugs and theyre both within 5 now! Test drove around block and seems way better gotta meeting then ill test drive it harder and ensure its fixed! Thank u so much for taking the time!
