LS Swap questions First off I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place as this is my first time posting.
I'm doing an LS swap in my 69 Chevelle and was trying to figure out if the engine accessories from an 03 GTO would work for this swap, I havent had any luck finding any information on this and any information you guys can provide will help, thanks in advance.

Not sure exactly how the GTO accessory drive compares to the F Body, from looking at pictures I think they are the same. The F body has the issue of the alternator and the steering box trying to occupy the same spot. My swap is an LS1 into a 70 Chevelle. I filed a little on both, more on the front fins of the alternator. Depends on where you end up placing the motor. Mine is set about as far back as I could get it. Some guys will use a relocation bracket and just move the alternator up. Hope that helps.
Also if you plan on using the AC compressor in the stock GTO location you will have to notch the crossmember. Not a big deal, just some extra welding.
