Default LQ9 wire harness help

I am doing my 04 LQ9 harness myself. I bought this from a guy who was going to put it in his project and went a different direction. He removed the harness and cut a few things that shouldn't have been cut. I am finally starting to figure it out now. I just need help with a few extras that I am not sure if I need or not and what they are. I am pretty sure I don't need the C-100 plug so I can cut that and remove all the wires coming from it. What are these two connectors? Do I need them?

This big grey one is the park neutral switch connector. The one with black white and blue wires is the 02 sensor. The black one your thumb is pointing at has wires to connect to the chassis. Some are needed others are not needed.

The blue black and white wires are actually 02 sensor wires. When you replace the sensor it will plug into the harness and you can discard those colored wires.

okay, I have it all figured out except the C100 block, there are 3 blue wires that go into it. One from the alternator, one from the DBW plug, and one that goes to a 2 pin plug that I am not sure what it is. I removed the block but not sure what the blue wires go to. Are they needed?
