Default Will this crack / Break!?
I'm getting near start up on my RX7, I need to make room for my power steering fitting but the rear alternator bracket is in the way, I wanna fit a 45° fitting on the high pressure side. If I grind away say , 1/2" from the bottom there, will this brace be compromised? I was about to just do it but I really don't wanna buy any more **** lol.

Ok I'm leaning towards notching it, I can use a banjo but the mismatch fittings in the rack keep my OCD raving. Thanks

Notch it and if needed.. add some bracing to re-enforce it...

Looks like a clean FC swap with Ronin mounts. Did you do the 8.8 Exploder rear?

It's actually a FD using the Samberg subframe, gonna slip a OS G. In the stock housing for now. I went ahead and notched the bracket, came out well, looks OEM to me!
