What computer to go with?
What computer to go with? I've just begun the process of gathering parts for my swap. I'm looking to swap a 6.0 with an LSA supercharger in my 1983 Chevy C10. So far I have acquired a 2013 L96 6.0 with VVT from a 2500HD 4x4 and the LSA supercharger.
The engine came complete intake to pan and with a butchered up harness. I mean these people cut the wires going to the ECM connectors and others as well. I have the E38 ECM as well, but I'm not completely committed to it. I was thinking of using a 6L90E for the swap, but also not completely committed to that idea either.
So here are the options I'm pondering:
From research I've done, I most likely have to ditch the VVT so that I can get a water pump with LSA or Vette spacing to fit. I don't know much on using 8-rib truck spacing for the accessories.
Any suggestions? I'm not in a hurry and most likely will try to get as many components as I can second hand.

- Earlier E38 ECM with a 4L65E
- Use a 58x to 24x box and go with a 411 PCM and a truck FF OS and a 4L65E.
