5.3 low idle at stop quick question

5.3 low idle at stop quick question Hey guys
My 67 camaro with the 2002 Tahoe 5.3 and 4L60E no mods, headers a mail out simple street tune with modified stock harness and LS1 intake.. She drives fine but after it warms up a bit when I come to a stop or hard braking the idle drops very low(like 400 or 450 rpm it seems) but doesnt conk out just drops weirdly low.
The intake, TB, IAC, MAF have all been cleaned and no leaks in the intake.
My question is if thats is something that can be modified in a retune?
or any other suggestions?
It really isnt something super serious but just annoying.
