1971 Monte Carlo Wiring Help I need some wiring harness help. I re-worked my harness following the info from lt1swap and decided to go with a Chevy lumina fuse box and I found this online and used it as a guide minus the ac:
Here's what I came up with. Can someone let me know if this is ok:
Also there is a lot of hacked up wiring to and from the horn relay and voltage regulator:
I've been looking at schematics for days and can't I just eliminate these items? I moved the battery to the drivers side. Below is a picture of my alt and alt plug:

Eliminate most of the old under hood wiring and start over.All you really need is a hot from the ignition switch in start and run and the starter signal. Refeed the old fuse panel from one of the large fuses in your new box,alternator output can go to the battery positive.
