Default LSA/LS9 in C4 Corvette

Has anyone done an LSA crate engine or LSA/LS9 blower on an LS long block engine swap into a C4 Corvette or know of anyone who has done this type of swap? I just picked up a 1984 Corvette coupe not too long ago and I have been considering this kind of swap to replace the dead Crossfire block under the hood.

I know the swap it can be done, but what I've been wondering about is hood clearance because its my belief that since these new low profile blowers are low enough for the C6 and C7 Vettes hoods, then surely it shouldn't be a big issue for fitting under a C4. At

Now I don't mind cutting a hole into my hood and grafting a scoop on if I have to, but how high up would the blower sit through the hood is what I am wondering, because another part of me also wants to just keep my hood stock looking? If anyone here has done said swap or knows of anyone who has, any info and links are appreciated. Thank You.

P.S. And yes, I did hit up the Search feature for anyone wondering.
