TPS Issue I installed a 2005 LS1 from a Silverado into a 1972 Nova back in 2013.
It's been running great from the beginning.
But two months ago it started idling rough and ran awful. I went to the local part store, hooked up to their computer, and checked it out.
They said its the throttle position sensor.
I bought the new mechanism that attaches to the throttle body thinking that would fix it. But I didn't replace the connector that came with it.
That didn't fix it.
I also got a pedal from a buddy for the same engine to try it out.
Still not better.
Is there something else I'm missing?
