A few questions after swap Hey everyone, I just finished up a LS6 Swap and have a few questions about it.
1. I went with a Meziere remote water pump (radiator is trunk mounted) so no mechanical pump or thermostat. The thing takes ages to warm up (if it will at all) if I run the pump. Is it bad to leave the pump shut off until the temp comes up a little and then manually cycle it on/off to get the temp up?
2. Whats the consensus on the GM 12499224 Valve springs? My LS6 is from a 2004 CTS-V and will see high RPM often, so I am under the impression I need to change them out.
