LS swap issues

LS swap issues I just finished completing a LS swap from a 2001 Chevy Tahoe into a 1972 Pontiac Venture. I am having a issue with the 4l60e not shifting like it should. Once it shifts out of 1st it doesn't downshift anymore or shift into 4th, it also doesn't **** unail 5000-rpms. I have a code for shift solenoid 1 and 2 and low alternator voltage? I tested my alternator and it tested fine. Could the low Voltage code be effecting my pcm and the shift points?

JoeNova I had my transmission check out by a local shop and they told me my SS where fine. The code for the SS could be from the pcm not getting the right amount of voltage?
