Default 4l80e trans tuning?

I have an LS1 and a 4l80e in my 67 Nova. Frost did the initial conversion tune on the project. I would like to know if someone could help with my trans tuning.
Part throttle 1-2 shift is firm, 2-3 is softer than I would like and 3-4 is ok. WOT 1-2 is soft and slips into 2nd as though torque management is applied. 2-3 is firm and nice. I have read some about shift pressures and I believe the shift pressure table has the stock values in it at 90. Can someone help me with getting it to shift harder?
Thanks in advance.
Jay

you can bump the line pressure, but i leave mine at 90kPa

make sure the editor is in the advanced setting to access all the tables.

i would look into upping the pressure modifier for specific shifts.

transmission>auto shift properties>shift pressure >shift pressure modifier>upshift

i click the entire table by selecting the upperleft most block in the table, then i multiply by 1.05 (5%) and test.

then for laggy shifts i shorten the shift time

go to transmission> auto shift speed> shift time>desired shift time and click on the shift that is laggy. by selecting the name it'll highlight the whole row. then multiply by .95 (-5%) until you get something that feels right. you may need to select individual cells if you want it mellow at cruise and hard with throttle.

i am by no means a trans guru, i just have done a couple 4l80e swaps and tunes recently with good results.

make small adjustments and test. and use write calibration instead of write entire. much safer.

good luck!

Thank you for your input. I will try a couple things and report back.

hey no sweat. you might try asking in the auto trans section too. there are some really smart and helpful guys in there.
