06 lq4 block

Hello I got a 06 lq4 out of a 06 Chevy express 3500 and it has 317 heads
I picked you the long block for $180 out the door the van was hit in the front end between the frame rails I found it at the wrecking yard some one already took tb, computer,injectors,all of the accessories .
Their was another truck their a 5.3 it was froze up heads off but accessories brackets was their and a drive by wire tb and gas petal too but I'm not sure if the tac is their and a power steering pump with hydroboost for the brakes missing the computer and harness also..
My questions are
I want to make 500 to 600 hp with this block can I get some ideas on the best way to do it ?
Should I get the dbw tb if the tac module is Their ?
And what year of 4l60e transmissions can I use with this block?
I'm also thanking of useing the power steering pump with hydroboost and taking the hydroboost brake booster .
My plan is putting this in my 1938 Oldsmobile business coupe as of right now I have a 327 sbc and a 700r4 and a rear end out of a 2001 s-10 blazer and I have power track no slip in the rear end I can't remember the gears I thank they are 350 gears I want to put in 373 gears and triangulated 4 link around the same time as I put in the lq4.
I was thanking of changing the heads but don't know what ones to use I would like to use stock ones and port them and I'm going to use a car ls-6 intake and the truck accessories with the modes done to the bracket and use the car water pump .

If your goal is 600hp skip the 4L60e and jump into a 4L80e. Much more reliable. It does weigh more and suck up a little power.... But would take a 150hp nitrous shot with ease if you chose to.
With only 364ci you will be hard pressed to make 600hp on stock ported heads. The power is in the heads. Stock Ls3 heads/intake bolt right up and you can make 460-480rwhp and have great driveability on a budget. 42lb ls7 injectors plop right in and are cheap used. Run as much compression as the fuel octane in your area. 91= 11:1 or more. 93= 12:1 compression or more.

My goal was 500 our fuel is 91 is supreme do you know the head numbers for the ls3 ?
I'm not sure if I can get the 4l80e to fit with out redoing nag the floor pan .
I was going to go old school with the 327 small jernal crank with Tri power but now that I have it close to ready to drive I'm going to drive it for this summer and winter I'm going to swap in the 6.0l. With the car intake.
Cool I didn't know about the ls7 injectors I'm new to the ls motors and I want to put in a differs cam with the heads .
Also I'm going to get a hp tuner pro to tune in the car.
