Default 1999-2004 LS Swap Help?!

Hello everyone, new to the forum have looked around quite a bit but needing some clarity.
I had a 05 Gto and a 99 Mustang GT.
The Mustang was my daily, I sold the gto now I'm wanting a LS Mustang.

I'm buying a wrecked ws6.
LS1/T56

I'm looking for any advice you guys can lay on me.

I will have the complete donor car, trying to Salvage as many parts as I can.

Few things I need help with.

-Fuel Setup, I know the ls is return style and the Mustang is returnless.

-The clutch, the ls is hydraulic and the Mustang is cable so I'll need insight on that aswell.

-Will the T56 line up where the stock transmission lined up or will I have to modify the interior?

I know everyone says the guages can't be used, who sells cheap clusters for swap cars? I have Pro Comp Guages but they are a different size then the factory holes that's my only problem.

-I definitely need help on the wiring, is it cheaper to use the ws6 wiring or better to buy a plug and play? If plug and play who sells them.

I'll be using a Team Z kmember and motor mounts.
What about trans mounts.

Really any advice will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

There are many K members and mount configurations so your engine can sit anywhere. You most definitely will have to modify your center console if it's a T56 setup, the T56 shifter sits about 4.5" further back that a Mustang T5. You can use the Mustang tank by welding (carefully) a sump to it and using an exterior fuel pump mounted on the frame rail. You can use the Fbody radiator and hoses, no problem there. The hydraulic clutch conversion is a lot of work but you can use the Mustang pedal assembly with some modification and a 90's Nissan truck clutch master. Buy a pre made trans cross member for T56 in a Mustang, it's easy and inexpensive, I'm using a Stifflers. Buy a new conversion harness from one of the site sponsors, the help is worth the price 3 times over.

I can't use the Fbody Clutch Master?
Also do you have a 6speed? The real condition there is the hydraulic setup and getting it to work.

If you are using the t56 can I get a Interior picture?

Yes, I an using a t56 with 5th, 6th deleted, just used for quarter mile at a time. I tried to use the fbody clutch master but it was more difficult to configure so I went with a Fiero clutch master, Nissan truck master looks like it would work well and they're plentiful and aluminum. When you get to that point PM me and i'll explain the pedal set mods you'll need to do, pretty easy.

Everything is do able by yourself, it's just how long you want to spend and how much you want to do. I reworked my harness myself. I untaped it and laid it out to remove any connector's I didn't need. Go to the thread on what wires you don't need and you have to know if you want certain sensors so you can keep them. Some tunes can delete the sensors or program them in so they look to be running ok. For your fuel, you could look into making a return line into your fuel sending unit that way your not welding into the gas tank. That way you can run a corvette fuel filter regulator or a different regulator. You could always buy a junk cluster, cut out the back and bolt aftermarket gauges to it.
