Default Need help with my 4l80e conversion

hey all I am stumped. I am doing a 4l80 swap and it wont work so I need some help diagnosing. I have found a second tune with my same os and am going to try the segment swap again in case the first one didnt go correctly. I am also looking to find what else I can diagnose. on the wiring I swapped the wire on the U into the S position and have ISS in my scans.
what seems to be happening is the transmission starts out in first then immediatly shifts to second then even third according to my log even when I command it to stay in first. The transmission seems very "loose" like it is in second. The converter is a 2500 stall. This is a Bowler trans but has sit covered and filled with fluid for a little while but is basically new.
what should I check? I have not checked for power or anything at the trans.

included is my tune if that helps.
thanks
Dave

Segment swapping with the newer versions of HPTuners seems to work just by selecting 4L80e from the dropdown menu, no need to waste credits on a tune with a 4L80e in it.

Scan for codes. It sounds like the trans is going in limp mode. Make sure that the trans has power. Did you add a second VSS and pin it into the ECU?

Thanks Joe, I have the newer version and what I understood I needed to find a tune file with the same OS as I currently do then go to segment swap that the new one has and grab the 2 transmission segments and copy them. It does not require any credits as it only uses the original one I had, then save it.
Yes when I scanned I did not have any codes but will check it again tonight. It does sound like limp mode but how do I check or tell? As far as power I will check that tonight. I assumed I did but I will confirm. I did check my fuses and they all checked good.
I had used a painless harness when I did the swap originally about 11 years ago it does have the second ISS plug and my scanning shows this is reading.
Here is a short scan file of moving it into my garage. What I did notice I think the speed may be off a little but until I get it out and going I cant be sure.

If it is in limp mode, make sure the iss ( front plug ) , the main connector harness, and the vss ( rear plug ) all are plugged in tight. If they aren't, 2 gear is limp mode in a 4l80e and likely in it.
