LS to Foxbody w/hydroboost question
LS to Foxbody w/hydroboost question So I am wrapping up my LS swap into a fox body and working around some changes the PO made such as installing a hydroboost MC and swapping in a Sn95 steering rack. Since I have deleted the power steering hoses from the Hydroboost and ran the factory LS pump to the steering rack (with pressure reducer and the scram speed hose kit) I have opted to plug the hydroboost outlets. Is there any issues with this?
Have you ever tried to stop a vehicle with hydroboost with the engine not running? It's almost impossible! 
I would either hook the lines up and use the hydroboost, or remove it completely and just run the mastercylinder on the firewall.

Rethinking this I wanted to see if anyone see any issues with using a LS power steering pump with pressure shim to the ford hydroboost like I have drawn up below?
My goal is to install another fitting onto the power steering res as I have heard of guys being able to do that as long as it is in the correct place. Unless you guys think Ting into the low pressure line might work and avoiding taping into the res to install a third line. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know as I am trying to avoid redoing my brake to fit a older vacuum assist.

Nt sure what year this pump on the right came from but it is set up for a Hydroboost. Anyone know what years had hydro boost that would work with LS truck style brackets?

That silver pump on the right is on a truck bracket, it will work with truck accessories. Or you can T the two return lines going back to the pump, but if you do that, just make sure the return from the hydroboost has the straight shot through the T and the power steering return makes the 90 degree turn. I don't know why, but doing it the other way can cause issues.
